After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the selected shipping method and carrier.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Chosen1 is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier disruptions, or delivery issues outside of our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Chosen1 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Chosen1 is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
